M&R Tuckpointing and Restoration

They did a nice job, especially on our chimney, which needed the most work. The rest of the brick and limestone house just needed spot tuckpointing. When we pointed out a few spots that were missed, they came out within a few days and took care of those. Pleasant to work with!

Our 58 year old chimney had many spalling bricks that needed replacement and the chimney needed tuckpointing. Matt did a great job finding new bricks to match the old ones, matched the mortar perfectly, acid washed and sealed the chimney. He also advised on what he thought was the best course of action for repairing our chimney, which happened to NOT be the most expensive way. He is very responsive to texts and phone calls, communicated throughout the process and his price was very reasonable. Highly recommend !

Matt was great to work with. He took time walking around the house with me and discussing options, even though this was a relatively small job ($1700). His bid a bit more than another bid, but he included waterproofing and I was impressed with his thoroughness. After the work was done, there as a small spot that they missed, and he came back within an hour to take care of it.

Matt and his team kept me up to date throughout the entire job, also cleaned up their work space better than when they arrived. My chimney looks so good!
