Appointment was made on 4/7/2021 for appraisal on 4/22/2021 between 10-12. I text the company and tenant the day before to confirm the appointment would take place. At 11:30AM on 4/22/2021, the company emailed me to inform me that the appraiser is out of town and requested to reschedule days later. No response to text, calls and email. Totally unprofessional. I have been in the real estimate business for 15 years and never had such bad experience.
