I hired Tim Murphy (a one-man company) for the purpose of changing out my radiator valves. One was leaking out of 7 that we asked him to do. He charged us $1200.00 cash/check. When he left we text him that 4of which were leaking. He said that he could not come back for a couple of days due to another job. To make a long story short, we have to replace 4 out of 7 radiators due to his lack of knowledge. Now what cost me $1200 is now costing me a lot more to have them taken care of. After all said and done he put $200 in my mailbox saying that this was out of his scope of knowledge and should not have taken the job. He said that the $200 should be enough for another service call. NICE GUYS DO not MEAN KNOWING HOW TO DO THE JOB!

"You hired me for plumbing and showed me a heat issue upon arrival! $1200 was total including the plumbing job that was done for you which you failed to mention and I put $200 in your mailbox, with the $155 YOU SHORTED ME INITIALLY, as you left that part out of the review as well, that comes to $355, which is more than enough to have a heat expert come out for what wouldn?t take him 2 hours! I told you I didn?t want problems to progress and this was the best option for both parties!"

Tim was very responsive ( communicated via Text), very courteous and punctual!! Did the job in less than the time he thought it would take. Very accommodating! He will get plenty of referrals from me and Ofcourse I will reach out to him again for any of my future plumbing needs. He quoted me a cost and gave me no surprises. I asked for his plumber license ( since itâ s the first time Iâ ve met him) and there was no hesitation on his behalf. Highly recommended!!

Tim was very friendly, courteous and prompt. He tried to fix my faucet without requiring additional parts to save me money. Unfortunately, I needed a whole new faucet kit. He came back the next day and installed it for me. I had tried a different plumber, prior to using Tim, who refused to do the job stating that it would be too big a deal! Thank you, Tim for coming through!
