We called Murphy Plumbing and they happened to be in our area - came over in 15 minutes. We had a hose in our toilet tank that would not stay stationary so Russell repaired it in just a few minutes. He would not accept any payment due to the amount of time it took was just a few minutes. We were totally satisfied and assured him that we would be calling him for any plumbing issues we might have in the future. I highly recommend Murphy Plumbing.

I called them and they were able to come out the same day to install 2 toilets. They were prompt and neat and I thought it was great that they knew how to install Toto toilets which can be a more complicated process.

Russell called and showed up when he said he would. He quoted me a price over the phone based on what I explained to him. However, when he actually saw the work, he offered a less expensive option that would solve our problem. He made himself available on short notice and was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest.
