Ductless A/C Service
Nice enough guys - Install-Great, probs after. Sold old Samsung equip avg 2yrs old, wanted to get rid of it[?]. Didn't know til ck'd dates on equip way after install. OK 2023. Numerous probs 24. All of 2025-No AC, no heat, they could not fix on many attempts. Kind of left us. Got rid of equip, had new co. install new, different equip. Samsung is NOT a good split system. Constant issues [cuz 2y/o?] Who knows, they're gone, all new. Bottom line, wasted over $15,000!!!!

Tim came for an estimate and gave the best price I got out of three estimates. He was very knowledgeable and knew what was needed and how long it would take to get the job done. I was on the schedule in less than 2 weeks and the work was completed in a couple days. Thoroughly enjoying my mini split air conditioners. I would recommend Murphys HVAC to anyone in the Northwood area, great price great service and attention to detail.
