Good guys and they did quality work.

I hired c&c to do a few repairs so that our house refinance Could be finalized. Our first inspection with the appraiser lead to a list of improvements that we had to get done within three weeks to close on our refinance. I paid c&c to come out and reframe a window that was custom built, redo some trim on the house and install two doors. The work was done in a timely manner although it was a little bit odd the days that they would show up but they always came when they said they were going to. I did not inspect the work when they were done although my mother did take pictures immediately after. Fast forward, the appraiser came out, of course for a second appraisal fee and he noticed that the window that he was requiring the trim to be replaced on was actually now broken. This was definitely broken during the repair because I have pictures from the appraiser a week before c&c arrived to repair trim and I have a picture time stamped the day that they were there within five minutes of them leaving I just did not look close enough at the window to see that it was broken. Needless to say we failed our second appraisal inspection, which we had to pay extra for we now will have to pay for the appraiser to come out a third time which is another $200. Also because of the window break we had to extend the rate lock on our refinance which is costing us another $300 to $400. I contacted the guy who s number I have and he keeps bullcrapping me saying that he s going to send a glass guy out to fix it never once did he apologize or take responsibility for the break. It is now two weeks later and still no fix from them. So I will now proceed to hire another company to come out and fix the window that wasn t even broken in the beginning and spend another maybe thousand dollars on top of the cost of having a third appraisal done and what it cost for us to have to extend our rate lock. So basically hiring this company has cost me probably $2000 more than what I should ve ever had to spend. I would never use this company again I will never recommend it to anybody and I will proceed to post on every channel that I know available and let everybody know that this is not the type of company you want to hire. It s pretty Bad that they just opened their business in December and they re already having this many issues with being shady. They made a mistake which is understandable I gave them ample time to come out and fix it and thanks to them I now have to take a small loan out to be able to afford the repairs that I should ve never had to do.

I contacted C& C Home Improvement about repairing water damage to my home. They were to repair and paint drywall in my kitchen, family room and garage, as well as paint the walls in my family room. I was also prepared to have them repair the baseboards in my home and to have them potentially install my kitchen floor. I paid $2,250 to begin working on the projects in my home. They worked for around five to six hours on Wednesday, January the 15th, and they have not returned to continue working on the job. They were originally supposed to come and work some more on Friday, January the 17th, but they never came and they never called to say that they could not come and work on that date. My husband spent the entire weekend trying to contact Chad from C & C and was told the speaker from Chad's phone was messing up and they could communicate through text. Numerous text messages to Chad went unanswered and he only responded once my husband suggested finding someone else to do the work. Chad promised he would be able to work this morning, Wednesday, January 22nd. He was supposed to show up at nine AM. As on this review at 1:48 PM he has still not shown up. We called another number listed for them today, and his brother is the one who I believe answered. After waiting a few minutes the call disconnected. He then contacted my husband through text claiming to be in the emergency room. I am very displeased with C & C's level of unprofessionalism.

They did a great job! The work looks good and they were able to meet my deadline. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Nice guys, very professionals. The price was reasonable for the installation of 24 shutters.

We had two difficult projects that they completed with quick professional results. From start to finish they were a pleasure to do business with. Will definitely use again when future projects pop up.

On time and very considerate

When i have used HomeAdvisor in the past the companies are so busy the can't accommodate your project for weeks, this was not the case with C&C they came and did the project in a timely fashion. I would recommend to anyone needing drywall work!! kudos

They are awesome! I got their number from a friend of mine. They came out and give me an estimate and they just took 2 days to complete the job.

They were very professional and explained everything they were doing, This helped to lalay the customers anxiety, They cleaned up after themselves when job was completed, I would highly recommend them to clients.
