Barb did a thorough and outstanding job, not only with clarifying our property dimensions, but also with solving a survey discrepancy caused by a new neighbor's survey. In fact, the neighbor's survey was inaccurate and the survey prior to that had a mathematical error which our new neighbor's surveyors did not catch. In the end. Barb's sleuthing and thoroughness gave us the confidence to know our information was accurate. Our Village and HOA could then make appropriate decisions based upon Barb's work. Fantastic job, Barb! We are so thrilled with the quality of your work.

I didn't have a bad experience, just not overwhelmingly good. It seemed there was a lack of communication as I felt I had to keep asking for updates. They were quick to get my credit card number, but not as quick to put my plat in the mail. I can't find all the steel pipes that the survey says are there, but all in all they did the job. A little high priced I thought, but I haven't hired a survey company before so maybe not. A little higher than a few others I called, but they were able to get out sooner than those others.
