I requested this service because I injured my back and had guests coming from out of town. I regret having used this service. They left a dirty film over all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. They clearly had no knowledge about cleaning stainless steel. They significantly damaged the entire top of my stainless steel stove by using something that scratched it. All the appliances had to be re-cleaned and polished. The stove top is permanently damaged. They left bamboo floors in the kitchen, living room and dining room a sticky mess because they used too much cleaner and wiped floors against the grain. It took me almost 3 hours to clean off all the excess floor cleaner and re-polish all the floors after they left. It is clear that they had no experience cleaning wood floors. I paid extra for window cleaning. The windows were streaked and filmy. All the windows had to be cleaned again. They left the kitchen counters (quartz) covered in heavy film from whatever cleaner they used. The kitchen counters all had to be cleaned again. I asked them to thoroughly clean the spare bedroom because I had guests coming. They did not remove any items from the tops or shelves of the furniture. They wiped around anything that was on the top of the dressers and night stands with dirty cloths that left residue. The entire bedroom had to be re-cleaned. The bathrooms were generally well cleaned. My experience was significantly different than that any of those who left previous reviews. They quoted me $200 over the phone after I had completely described the project, including cleaning the inside of the windows, and the size of the home. I paid them $260 for the project because they said the windows and the $23.00 HomeAdvisor fee were extra. In the end, it was $260 completely wasted.

40 minutes late- no courtesy call. Once arrived was not prepared to work. AVOID

I called several cleaning services, Muscab was the only one to return my call very quickly. They did a wonderful job and did not over charge. Very polite and friendly. I would hire them again over other company's. They took their time and did a great job!!!

The cleaner who was suppose to clean our home never showed up. I telephoned the company and Muscab came out personally and cleaned our home. Great customer service.
