No, they although the main guy was professional, their helpers were terrible. They broke my MARBLE TOP ON A VERY EXPENSIVE dresser,
I noticed it immediately, the encharged guy Jerry ..was very concerned and promised me they have an excellent insurance!
He took photos immediately and I filed a complaint to which I am still
waiting for a positive answer. This move was on June 22nd 2026
Today is September 21st 2026?..3 months later! Still no response to my claim. They ruined my bedroom set, which it was a gift from my late husband?by the contract?I am only entitled to @1800.00.dlls. That won?t cover the damages..and they also damaged my staircase spindle and an antique lamp?I WONT RECOMMEND THEM.
I will take the case to Small Claims Court. This week. Got tired of waiting

The movers were prompt and careful for the most part. The 3 man crew were courteous and helpful. They worked very hard. The lead guy wrapped my furniture at warp speed. No damages to any furniture. However, I was told I did not have to empty drawers and they turned the furniture upside down. Stuff went everywhere. I should have known better. They can definitely finish on a deadline, 5 hours, but that meant leaving some stuff behind. I underestimated by about a half hour of time. Kimberli said they had another job to go to so they could not extend it. The crew had no idea about that. I had to ask for a receipt for my deposit and I did not get a written estimate, just a detailed bill at the end. I paid with cash for a 3% discount and I have no idea if it was applied by looking at the bill. I have moved a lot and these type things are common.

Moving is so stressful but Muscle Men made it a lot less so! They had to move us up 3 flights of stairs and they never stopped. In fact, they got the job done faster than what they quoted so I saved money. I would highly recommend this company.

We had high expectations, and Kimberli and the crew of Musclemen Movers, rose way above our expectations. They were on time, took excellent care of our possessions, paid close attention to not damaging walls or floors. Jo was the lead, and did an awesome job of directing. I can not sing the praises higher for â Câ and â Kenâ . All the guys who helped our move were amazing. Thank you Kimberli for listening and talking me off the ledge a few times.

I needed the extra "muscle" to move heavy pieces of furniture from one floor to the next. Muscle Men Movers were on time, efficient and very affordable. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

I hired the company to move one Subzero refrigerator, which I know is a very small job and not worth anyones while. Still, I wanted it done professionally and was willing to pay the requested $400 to move the refrigerator in an upright position within Nashville. I did not expect a moving company to show up with a pickup truck, put the refrigerator on its side, have it stick out the end of the truck and thus be transported. There was nothing wrong with the movers who showed up, but this was a surprisingly unprofessional move of a refrigerator and certainly not good for the compressor.

When we spoke following your move, you shared how happy you were with your crew, that we were able to accommodate your schedule so quickly, and do so at a fair price. As professional movers, we move sub zero refrigerators often. And, our team members understand the importance of keeping them in an upright position while transporting. As we discussed prior to your move, your driveway was too steep and narrow to accommodate a standard box truck. Therefore, it was necessary to tandem the refrigerator using our pick up truck to the end of your driveway, where we transferred it onto our box truck for the remainder of the move. Because you were not present for the unload, you may not have seen the transfer and process of the delivery. The good news is that you were not plugging in your fridge for at least a few days or more... Giving the compressor oils the required 24 hours to settle before turning the fridge back on. Had I known you were concerned about your service, I would have further explained our delivery process."

From the very first phone call about setting us up to move was an easy experience. They were on time, kind and courteous. They took special care of our belongings and were very efficient. The customer service was second to none! Kimberli was very responsive to my calls and always had an answer for me. Just a great experience when everyone knows how moving is not fun.

If you need a moving company call Muscle Men Movers! They just moved our super heavy, old upright piano and these guys were insanely strong! I have never seen anything like it. They have great customer service, a rarity these days, and they were the best rate in town. And I called probably 8 different movers in Nashville, Franklin, Spring Hill and Columbia area. My mind is still blown that they carried that thing down 4 stairs without a ramp and did not drop it. Insane strength! ð ² They also showed up right on time and were very communicative about the process and time they would come. No dawdling, they came in, wrapped it with padding, and moved our piano to our storage unit 2.6 miles away. They were so fast, I'm pretty sure the whole thing was all within 30 minutes. I am thoroughly impressed and will be recommending them to everyone!

When they were done they made sure I was happy and then management called later to make sure everything went well. Prices were very competitive as well. This company is simply the best. The owner took her time to explain every detail of the service. She also got us an appointment during the busiest time of the year to move. Even better, she was able to move us up on their super busy schedule when we were able to close early on our new home! The men showed up and showed out! Hands down the best moving crew around.
