Prompt and efficient. I had s pile of dead branches in the side yard, which they cleaned up for no additional cost.

Muscle Tree removed a dead aspen and did some minor trimming work in my backyard and I was fairly happy with the work. But when it came time for a replacement tree to be planted, things really went off the rails. After weeks of delays, I was finally contacted and told that my new tree would be planted that day. But when I tried to verify the specifics and price of the project, the owner curtly responded that he wasn't going to do the job for the price and he'd "just let Creekside do it." Confused, I asked if that had not been the pricing we discussed and his response was, "That was the price we discussed, but I never agreed to it." Ummmm?? And he was going to plant the tree that day?? He went on to say that he would do the job for more than twice what we had discussed. Needless to say, I declined to have any more work done by this company. I don't know if the owner is just flaky or totally shady, but either way I highly caution anybody that is considering hiring Muscle Tree. I'm glad I double-checked the pricing before the tree was in the ground - otherwise, I'd probably be making these comments in court documents and what a PITA that would've been!

Excellent service!! The owner, Jared, contacted me right away after leaving a message and provided a quote within a couple days. The team was on time, very professional, and very nice. They were very thorough, taking down the branches hitting the house, while keeping it balanced and looking beautiful!
