Muscular Moving Men and Storage was excellent. The scheduling of our move went smoothly, the representatives were professional, efficient and helpful. The day of the move the team of two young men were also excellent! Justice and Justin moved quickly, were friendly and professional, understanding of our mess and completed the job in the expected amount of time. Our things were moved with care and speed. Justin is a very talented storage unit stacker and filler. Justice was very strong and coordinated. They helped me feel relaxed and truly stress-free on a very stressful day. I highly recommend Muscular Moving Men. We will be moving into our new home in a week and will be requesting the specific team and definitely using Muscular Moving Men for our move into our home. We are so grateful.

My quote was for three movers, but two arrived. The movers did many things throughout the move that extended the total move time which increased my cost by $300.00. I was unable to see or read the contracts I was required to sign on a tablet throughout the process. In the end, several items damaged and many pieces of furniture with paint scuffs from being muscled, drug through doorways.

This company is very organized, professional and courteous. The managers took great care of me in getting a quote over the phone and sending confirmation emails immediately. I received a call the day before, and 10min before my appointment window. The staff showed up in uniform and were very professional. They did a great job lifting, wrapping, packing and delivering. I would highly recommend Muscular Moving Men, and I know I will be using them on my next move!

They only showed up with two movers. Also a really nice van that was appropriately labeled. All very good. However, I was told three movers were setup for the move. The two movers were nice and effective. It was just too much to move for just two. They didn t use the door pad at my new residence and damaged a brand new door with a $+2000 couch. Put a hole in the stucco and ripped the wheel off the couch. They offered $35 for a Good Faith response. Even if one gets their upgraded insurance they won t put a claim as they don t want their deductible to go up.

"Hi Heath, I am looking at your estimate now. I am sorry your move did not go perfectly and that the crew dented your door! I am sorry you feel that you were sent one less man than agreed upon, but I did look at the estimate we agreed upon and it was for 2 Men and 1 Truck at a rate of $105 an hour, which is what you were charged for. We are still working on the damage claim with you and we are hoping to come to a resolution that you feel is fair. I do not feel it is fair to assume that we would not cover a claim if you purchased the Full Value insurance that you did not choose. What do you feel would be a fair resolution based off of the coverage"

They did not show up on moving day! It does not get worse than that! Despite several phone calls, including verification of date and time, as well as having put down a deposit- they lost my reservation, and I had to find a same-day mover. I had to pay for 2 moves, and all in all their negligence cost me over $1,600. Inexcusable!

Great group of young men. They worked extremely hard. Never saw any of them take a break or be lazy. A young man was with them for training. Extremely nice and polite. Overall an excellent experience. They were extremely kind to my special needs daughter. She can be a handful. The main man really went out of his way to keep her calm while continuing to work. My only regret was not everything fit in truck and many items were left behind. They did use their vehicle to go back and retrieve some items. So I appreciated that. They knew we still had 10 days to gather the items. Basically it all worked out in the end. I would definitely use this company again. Very impressed.

Justis and Justin we're amazing. They showed respect and care for our belongings and definitely went above and beyond. They were very polite and totally eased our worries. I was so impressed we are going to hire them again to finish our move. Next time I will hire them to pack and move my entire house. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Best decision we have ever made was to hire Muscular Men.
