Music City Roofers, LLC

I had an awesome experience with Riley and Valerie! They were so thorough and professional, and made the experience so easy for me. Initially I scheduled a few quotes for a new roof, but after meeting with Riley, I hired Music City Roofers on the spot. I was so impressed by him and how much time and effort he put in from the very beginning. The whole process was much quicker than I expected, and I'm so happy with my new roof!

Professional, organized and very clean.

Great Job! Great Service!

We had 2 major leaks over the last several months and with winter coming knew that we needed to have a new roof installed rather quickly. In no time at all, we had a new roof and a dry house. Greg and Nolan were great to work with and easy to reach to answer any question or concerns I had.

Very unprofessional. Once they get your money don't plan on getting the owner to answer your phone call anymore. Very confusing when using this company through insurance. We were given a discount and then several months later we are getting emails saying we owe money for the discount that was given. USE AT OWN RISk!!

Did a good job.

Quality work and quickly done. Very pleased!

First rate work done. All work waranteed, Definitely an established co. All good.

Took a few weeks for them to get to me but the roof looks great.

Didn't come the day we agreed upon but when they did the crew was fast and thorough. The finished product looks amazing.

The quality of materials matched those of bids that were twice as much. Great product, great value, hard working crew.

They did what we required.

The crews that did the roof and gutter did a great job. The roofing crew are the hardest working group I have seen. These guys just kept going and it was very hot. Then the rain came and they never stopped. The roof looks great and gutters look great.

Only communicated with me constantly regarding initial payment and final payment; otherwise never received updates on roof nor when they were coming (I called them regarding showing up). They left a few roofing nails in my driveway, which my car tires ran over. Cant give final review until inspector reviews their work but I don't foresee using them in the future.

Communication was poor. Over all work was great. Pushy owner who didn't fulfill his obligation totally.

Thanks

There was some language problem with supervisor and workers. Supervisor left work site with instructions to remove awning over patio and they removed awning over both front doors also.

Make sure that all the items offered. Example new code for: "Drip Edge is comparable with existing gutters

The work was done in a very professional and timey manner. Jeff stayed in contact before and after the work was done. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff, the owner of Music City brought his team in to look at and repair some very poorly executed and incomplete work done by an unethical contractor who renovated a property I own. Jeff bid the project out quickly, had very competitive pricing for the work that needed doing (completing/weather proofing facia, adding proper soffits and soffit vents, as well as adding gutters). They were professional, prompt, efficient, pleasant, and did good work. The only complaint I had (thus 4.5 instead of 5 stars was that they did not completely remove the poorly installed Hardi-plank soffit that was there, as we had agreed upon in our contract. They decided on site that it would be too messy and time consuming so instead knocked out pieces of the Hardi-plank to create ventilation and then installed the vinyl soffit on top of it. I would have appreciated being consulted on this matter rather than having that decision made for me since it was not what we had discussed. However, they did at least tell me about it and, ultimately, the work looks good, the ventilation seems sufficient, and I am not sure it really was that important. Furthermore, they did install a slightly upgraded (larger -6") gutters rather than the 5" size as a courtesy and without being asked, and they helped me out by doing a significant window frame repair for a good price. I really liked this company and would hire them again. :-) They are competitive in their pricing, have great customer service, and they do very nice work.

We were trying to close on a house from long distance. The VA decided that we needed a roof inspection at the last minute. I called Music City Roofers and they went out that day to complete this for us. Not only were they prompt and efficient but we received a detailed email with pictures proving our roof was good. They never once tried to take advantage of our situation. I highly recommend this reliable and honest company.

John C. Was wonderful at keeping me up to date on the project. I was happy to have a salesman who was on top of his job. Larry and the crew did a beautiful job and thanks for cleanup.

I didn't get everything promised in the repair, yet that didn't seem to matter much, when it came time for the final price.

We would recommend Music City .
