I would have preferred a gentler wash on the cheaper carpet I had. The cleaning left the carpet noticeably different. On the nicer stainmaster carpet it looks great. Overall it's well worth the price and the crew was great.

The lower rating than a 4 is due to stains remaining that were very difficult to remove. we will need to have andrew back to reapply stain removal and see if we can get a better result.

"There where more then 30 deep blood stains, that were about 6 inches or more by one inch. Far above any sense of "normal" carpet cleaning. They were told in advance that they may come back and to give me a call if they do. Even in strange situations I stand behind my work!"

I was not there to meet Andrew and we had a little confusion with getting payment to him but he still was as nice as could be and did an EXCELLENT job. Our carpet was really bad in our master bedroom = when Andrew was done I was amazed. Thank you Heaven's best for doing such a great job. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their carpet cleaned. It was a great job for a GREAT price.

"We talked about the 2 stains that did not come out, they were the size of dimes and were 90% lighter. Cushions should never be put back on the sofa to dry, there could be color transfer from the decking material. We always ask if there is any special place the customer would like us to set the cushions, if not, we set them up against the sofa."

Was prompt and curteous. However, the carpet cleaner looked to me to be nothing more than a Kirby shampooer. After cleanin, the carpet appleared clean, the stains were removed, but there still was a dirty smell. I then decided to use a Rug Doctor steam machine, and when I dumped the water after cleaning, it was BLACK. Only after I used the Rug Doctor did the smell come out and the carpet was truely clean. I wasted my money on Heaven's Best.

Heaven's Best showed up right on time. The person who cleaned the carpet took the time to walk around to see what needed to be cleaned and discussed my options for a very dirty carpet. I planned to replace the carpet anyway, but needed to live with it for a few weeks. When I can back to see the finished job, I was AMAZED! It was unbelievably clean. Other than some permanent stains that I knew could not be removed, it looked like new. I HIGHLY recommend Heaven's Best. They were affordable, professional, quick to respond and obviously, very good.

Overall, the carpets looked good. He did his best to get out a nice sized red spot in one of our bedrooms. The only bad thing is he came about 30 minutes late. I left work early to meet him on time so i wasn't really excited to see him show up late.

Heaven's Best came out when another company cancelled on me just when I was planning a big party. I panicked and enlisted in the Service Pro's for help. He did a quick central cleaning I have two large pieces of furniture that we could not move. He was able to move around the large pieces and did a very good job. He even cleaned a large area rug I brought it upstairs that really was filthy. My carpet is a light color I spot cleaned when we spilled or dropped things we have a baby and a dog so there was a few spots that were always reappearing. They are gone. I was impressed. Down side, it took longer to dry than he said.

I thought the price was high compared to other services. I noticed some spots that were missed and later found my table had been damaged during the clean. I wil not be using this service again.

They did a pretty good job. When I came in the house, it smelled much better. The only downfall was that it was pretty expensive. I paid over $170 to have two bedrooms and the stairs cleaned in an empty house.

The cleaning technician Andrew Musser was very courteous and professional. He performed his tasks in an efficient manner. My carpets were cleaned very well and I was very pleased. They were wonderful! I called last minute before moving out of my apartment and they fit me into their schedule. The carpets to say the least, were horrible. After they were done they looked brand new. Plus I didn't have to wait that long to get back in to finish cleaning. This is a great company to work with.
