They changed the times a couple of times, was late, didn't call before their arrival, didn't move furniture as previously stated

Their initial contact was fast and descriptive. They were willing to negotiate rates and ended up matching a competitor's offer. They don't give a specific appointment time, instead you get a 3 hour block. The rep was supposed to call before the appointment to give us time to get home, but he failed to call and instead just showed up and had to wait for us to get home. The carpets looked clean and all the spots were removed. However the carpet was supposed to dry in 3-4 hours, in fact it took 10 hours to dry with fans. We felt like we had to monitor the cleaning process closely to make sure they cleaned under the couches and dressers.

He was excellent and very very helpful. He give me some great tips to help me with pet stains. Very friendly and easy to talk to about concerns I had. I will be calling on them again and again.
