We had an issue with our sewer line being overtaken by tree roots & had a flooded basement. Although I almost had a heart attack from the price of this project, the team was extremely professional and friendly. They went above & beyond to assist me with the added cost for this project. After the cement crew had left, (which I might mention most plumbing companies do NOT replace your driveway when they have to dig) I did have some issues but after contacting the company, they came out immediately & fixed everything. I would recommend this company for their friendliness & professionalism.

The repair guy was very polite and informative. Cleaned up the entire area he worked in and was very informative about what he was doing. His office called me to let me know they had my order and the repair guy would call me when he thought he would arrive. He did. The office filled me in on what the costs should be and the repair guy would let know if there was any need to do any other repairs and costs ahead of time and if it was ok to proceed. He did and definitely kept me informed all along the way. I will definitely use Musso Plumbing and Heating again if the need arises. I can't say enough about the quality I received, especially since it was last minute on a weekend and we had guests coming that evening.
