He takes onlly cash and refused to takes checks. We gave him 6k to finish the project and he refused to gave us a receipt

Mustafa is very experienced and top notch architect. Very friendly and extremely polite gentleman. We needed help to correct our bakery project plans from another designer who did bad job, and Mustafa did great job to correct all the plans and he worked with our budget. Highly communicative and professional. Highly recommended whether residential or commercial, His associate Sam is very experienced and extremely friendly gentleman who helped us all the way as well finishing the new plans.

My family and I had the pleasure to work with Mustafa Bdaiwi and Sam Nanah on a complete home remodel in Orange County, CA. and it was the best decision we made in the entire building process. Mustafa and Sam provided us construction drawings (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and T-24) plans to submit to the City. Throughout the entire project, Sam, along with other members of his team, brought great experience and expertise to the overall design. They are creative, thoughtful, responsive and practical. Let me start off by saying IT’S VERY HARD TO FIND A GOOD Architect. I had done some unpermitted work and some of it was still being done and code enforcement got hold of me. I hired Mustafa to take care of my retaining wall, covered patio, fire pits and BBQ. He is extremely detailed and he has a lot of experience in his industry. He had to fight with the plan checker and he did everything to get my plans approved. Half of the project is done because I split the project in 2 separate submissions. So far I am very satisfied with his response time, his knowledge and his willingness to go above and beyond to help his client. 2nd part of the project just got started and will review again on part 2. I had the pleasure of utilizing the architectural services of Mustafa Bdaiwi through Home Advisor. We needed architectural services for what I believed to be a simple replacement of a load bearing wall with an open beam. It ended up being more involved than I thought it would be.
