Richard King is an amazing human! He installed our well 4 years ago, the shelter we had on it blew off and tore the tank with it. He came out and repaired it at no cost. Today when we came home we had no water, have MANY precautions in place so we knew it wasn't frozen, so we thought surely it was the well pump. We called Mr. King and instead of choosing to making a buck, he gave my husband detailed instruction on what to do in order to rule out the worst. He was RIGHT, and we were able to have it up and running OURSELVES, for free in under 15 min. THANK YOU MR. KING!
