Very untrustworthy, hired them in December, the work never started, they are asking for more money.

I was pleased overall with the work but there were a few problems I noticed. the very next day after paying Scott the balance on 2 bathrooms. One bathroom was a complete re-model and the other was the replacement of flooring, sink and cabinets. The work was pretty much finished up as promised as far as the time frame. The bathroom that was the complete re-model had issues: plumber mixing up hot/cold on fixture-easlily solved/corrected toilet leaking and leaning after install-corrected floor strip would lift when walked across-repaired The bathroom with replacement of sink, cabinet, flooring: The lighting was installed first before any other work begun. This bathroom was always slated to get a medicine cabinet under the lights...when medicine cabinet installed, the space between where bottom of light fixture stops and top of medicine cabinet is inches. I can hardly get my hand under the space to change lite bulbs in the light fixture. I will get someone to come in and take fixture down, move up higher to allow easier lite bulb change. An average size man's hand will not fit, not enough room for a man's hand. This is my fiancée's bathroom and he cannot even change the lite bulb. I NOTIFIED SCOTT AND WIFE Carrie (Owner/Finance person) THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER WORK about this problem. I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM EITHER SCOTT OR CAREY. SENT THEM BOTH TEXTS THAT I STILL HAVE. Scott and/or crew left a wheel barrow (he and the guys used) in my back yard for over a month, after all construction work was completed. I sent text to Scott and called Scott's wife Carrie to inform. Scott picked the wheel barrow up end of March. Would not use this company again. I was pleased overall with the work...so if you do not care about any problem resolution, call Mutter Home Improvements. I will now have to to pay someone else to come in and move the light fixture higher to allow me the changing of a lite bulb without scraping my knuckles. Anyone can get clients, but it is just as important to keep clients that refer. Planning to do complete re-model of kitchen. Will not be calling Mutter.

I signed contract and gave check for half the work in late Feb 2018. Had trouble contacting them after that to get a date for when they would start. After I finally got hold of someone and was told they were month behind. They did not start job till May 2018. Should have taken 2 weeks tops but took them a month to do the job. Work is sub par at best. I was told my existing toilet would not work and I would have to pay to have plumbing redone and for new toilet and this would cost additional money. They installed a tiny toilet after I kept saying I needed a large tall toilet so they said they would replace it for additional charges. I talked to a different plumber and he said did not sound right and installed my old toilet with no problems and told me mutter was scamming me. They picked up the toilet, but I have not received the money yet. I would advise for people to go elsewhere.

He is not reliable and not an honest person.

All in all the job was satisfactory.

This company does what they say they'll do. Very professional, honest, great work, friendly, and easy to deal with. (The crew is also very neat!) Thank you for doing such a great job!! Paulette

Excellent work, timely, and very reliable. My mother really loves her new porch. Highly recommend them.

It was a small job, less than 30 mins to complete. Cost a little high but I expected that because it was a small job. But I realize some people wouldn't have wanted to bother with it, so I didn't think the price was unfair

This contractor is a good. He has done a lot of work for me and is on a big job now. He is great communicating with me so I always know where I stand with the work being done. Very dependable and reliable and great follow up. Highly recommend.

They are very fast, very clean. They did a fantastic job for a great price.
