A good job repairing my dishwasher.

Complete scam! Repair man asked for a deposit to help with the cost of the needed part and then completely disappeared. They do not have a working phone and the address on their invoice is empty!

I got my washer looked over a few months ago and ended up saving money. The mechanic was on time and very friendly and on time

I spoke with him on the phone and agreed to move forward with the repair. He asked for a $100 deposit in order to get the part sent before he came to fix it. I gave him the deposit. He called the day before he was supposed to repair my refrigerator and told me that the part was broken. I waited another week and he kept delaying the repair. I am still waiting for the refund of my $100 deposit (FOR NO REPAIR!) 4 months later!!!!!

Timely and cost effective!

Came by and gave me a quote for repairing my refrigerator and gave an honest opinion about it being cheaper to purchase a new one rather than repairing my current, and just taking my money. Very honest and ethical repairman. I would easily hire him again if needed.

I had a 11AM- 1PM time slot, at 1:45PM I made a call to check on the status of the appointment. I was told it would take an additional 45 mins- 1hr before arrival. He arrived at 2:45PM. No notice regarding a delay. Also,this technician required a deposit to help purchase the part(s). Money is never suppose to be exchanged prior to the work being completed. He also required a signature for the estimated cost. I have never heard of this. Needless to say, I did not have the work completed.

Needed a leaking refrigerator/freezer fixed. He misdiagnosed the problem, and his work did not fix the leak. After more puddles and damage to my hardwood floor, I called a different repair company. They repaired the clogged defrost drain in less than 30 minutes and all is now working fine.

This company was very kind...some communication issues and re-scheduling of the work created some timeline concerns. The work done was good...both appliances were repaired.
