They responded the same day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. We eventually had to order a second part (25 year old machine) but the tech was always available either the same day the part came in or the next. They did a great job, cleaned up and were available if anything else went wrong.

I called this gentleman even though his ad stated he does not work on dishwashers. He DOES NOT work on dishwashers even though service Magic told me that he did and they did not know why the ad said that. BUT, he was very helpful and was able to give me some great advice. I will keep his number for any future appliance work I may need.

My front loading washer was leaking from the front door. On Dec. 23rd I called Eric from My Appliance Guy. He attempted to come to my home on Christmas Eve, but I missed the call. I was able to reach him on the 26th and he was out later that day. His fee was very resonable, especially after he pulled out a sock that had been pushed down into the water line. Eric was able to take the machine apart, identify the problem and put it back together in a short time. I was only charged for his time. I will keep My Appliance Guy's Number available for any future problems that arise.

He showed up ,did the job & charged just what he said it would cost. I'm happy with his work & I will use him again.
