"In seeing your review, we immediately reviewed your service file.You contacted our company and were advised of our standard service charges to come out and diagnose an issue with your inoperable dryer,you agreed.We then placed you on the schedule for service,our technician came to your property as scheduled to look at your inoperable dryer.We were able to confirm you were in fact in need of some special order parts and were advised it would take some time to locate them if in fact they were still available as your unit was 24 yrs old. We advised you the price to repair was comparable to replacement. In our professional opinion the machine was not worth fixing. Per your wishes and insistence we located and ordered your special order parts.In lieu of this review,it's clear you no longer want to repair the machine.We have canceled your parts and issued you a refund,you should see this in the mail in 3-5 business days.Take care and have a nice day!"

"Jean, I apologize you weren't completely satisfied with our services and felt the need to leave such an irresponsible review. We take these sort of accusations very serious and have with great detail looked in to all of your aforementioned comments, so if verified this wouldn't happen again to any of our valued clients. Unfortunately, we've found most if not all of your account to be completely false. Our records show you contacted the office with regards to one light being out on your vent hood, we quickly responded on May 22nd and found your unit to have a blown fuse,we ordered the part and installed as necessary on May24th, the lights came on and your call was closed out. We then received a call from you on July 2nd, more than a month later, stating the entire unit had now gone out. We advised you we would be happy to come back out at no charge whatsoever as long as the issue was resultant of our previous fuse replacement. We advised you that because of your ongoing power issues it may be in your best interest to contact an electrician as more fuse repairs we felt would be futile. We followed up approx a week later and never received a call back. On July 18th you called back and explained you hired an electrician who found your unit had a bad transformer, we advised we would get some pricing together for the replacement and call you back just as soon as possible. We called you back on July 23rd and left you a message stating we had the necessary information to move forward on your repair. After one more attempt to reach you, not hearing anything back, your file was closed. While we recognize the failure of an appliance can be very frustrating, we certainly don't feel your comments accurately reflect the excellent service we strive to maintain. Clearly your review is an unfortunate enigma that ultimately is the cost of doing business. We wish you the best regardless and hope you wouldn't hesitate to give us another shot should the need arise. Take care and God bless!"
