My Buddy The Plumber was a trusted and reliable company... until they were not. Several years ago, I signed up for their membership service called "My Buddy The Plumber’s Club". After more than a year of the service I called to cancel the service. The person I spoke to said that was fine and they had cancelled the subscription. Well.... After several months (almost a year!!) THEY STARTED BILLING ME for the membership WITHOUT any notice or communication. TOTALLY UNETHICAL, DISHONEST BEHAVIOR.

Damon goes above and beyond with every project he work on in my home. It doesn't matter if it's big or small, he treats them all as a priority. He responds quickly and he always gives options and helpful suggestions. The price is always fair and he will be the one I call for all of my future work!

Thank you Brian, Tyler, Hayden and everyone on your team for doing such a fabulous job. We had our entire plumbing system redone in 1 day. Yes, 1 day. They replaced everything from the main line coming into the home to the main drain leaving. They installed a new water heater, new water filtration system, new shutoff valves for every system in the home (dishwasher, washer, water heater, main lines, sinks, etc.). We can isolate anything in the home with the turn of a valve. So cool. The quality of their work is outstanding and you can tell they take pride in what they do. It was such a pleasure working with all of you. You were friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. If I could give you a higher rating I would. My Buddy the Plumber is a life saving company! They have helped us numerous times with plumbing. We have a 70 year old house full of challenges! They have come late at night , early in the morning. Highly recommend them! Troy removed a dishwasher today, when I walked in our kitchen he was cleaning up the floor on his hands and knees. Wow !

I am extremely pleased with Shae at My Buddy The Plumber, Ogden! He was respectful of all COVID protocols, showed up within a couple hours of initial contact, and basically saved my day. After discovering my water heater was missing a required expansion tank, I chose to replace my old unit and Shae took care of it, installation and all, within a couple of hours. He also fixed a plumbing issue I'd caused. ;-) Don't call anyone else, Shae's your guy!!

Our situation is unique in that we have a Tiny House and access was not easy, but that was not a problem for Matt, he kept a good sense of humor and got the job done. They were Very Professional and had great communication. I received a phone call about 45 min ahead of time letting me know they were on their way and Matt was right on time. Would definitely call them again!

Matt is the man. He came to my house after another shady plumber had been there and the experience was night and day different. He explained what my issue was clearly and walked me through what my options were. It was kind of odd to interact with a plumber and not feel like they were trying to rip me off. My Buddy the Plumber is aptly named; my plumber Matt gave me the service you would give to a close friend. I couldn't recommend him enough

Our water heater broke at our house and flooded our home. I called My Buddy the Plumber and they came over immediately to assess things and help replace the water heater! I needed to deal with some electrical work as well and Dan at my buddy the plumber came in and not only helped with the changes I needed but also made amazing suggestions to help make my home brighter and more welcoming. He was caring and amazing to work with. He got things done so quickly! This company from the plumbers to the electricians are a class act and I will for sure use them in the future!

The fellow fixed my water heater for FREE! How many people do that!

Jason and Easton came by right in the beginning on the window the company told me they would. They were courteous and friendly and got right to work. They managed to clear the clog faster then I even expected. Price was unbeatable too! Thanks a bunch!

The AC went out Sept 4 at 3pm by 5pm GT came & did a great job of finding the AC problem Our Furnace & AC unit. needed replacement so supervisor Vance gave us several options Very reasonable prices, On Sept 5th at 8:30 am Installers Andy, Ian & Tala jumped right into action. They were friendly, efficient & respected covid guidelines. My house was back to cooling by Noon. I am Very Impressed and Happy to recommend them to everyone.

I was extremely impressed with My Buddy the Plumber! DAMON TALBERT was the plumber for my job, and now he is my plumber for life. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to do the job right. He replaced my water heater and pressure reducing valve and brought things up to code. He even cleaned up my water softener lines as part of the job because he did not want his name associated with the old work. He was not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive; keep in mind you get what you pay for. The quality of work I received compared to what I paid was an amazing value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My antifreeze hose bib had a small drip and was vibrating when I open. I called My Buddy the plumber to come and take a look. A plumber named Kyle came in and gave a very detailed explanation of the problem. He explained how I could try to fix the problem just changing the stem and stores where I could find parts. Gave me an estimate of how much he charge if he replace the entire bib. He was not a predator who tried to steal my money. He gave me all options. Kyle also looked at my water softer and water heater, and again gave me a detailed explanation of things that I should keep eye on. I am very happy with Kyle. He knows exactly what he is doing. Friendly guy. Also Kyle came with a face mask and shoe coverings. I felt very comfortable with seeing them having face mask. I will definitely call Kyle again and recommend for any friend.

We love My Buddy the Plumber at our house. In the past when we had heating issues, they were the only company who could actually fix the problem. The fixed it and we haven't had an issue since that time three years ago. On top of that prices are fair and the technicians very knowledgeable. Today, I called for a couple of problems in the bathroom with the toilet. Eric was phenomenal! He came in, got to the problem, and fixed it right away. Super nice guy and great service too. This company is highly recommended. If you want fair prices, quality work, and great service - call My Buddy the Plumber!

Very informative techs, install was smooth and fast with a very friendly staff. Clean and was great at keeping social distancing and hand washing.
