Technician was very knowledgeable but didnâ t talk down to me when explaining the situation. He gave multiple options and explained the benefits of each.

There was a slight situation but Amy Underwood in customer has done everything she can to make it better! She sets the bar very high and is absolutely AMAZING!! The company is fantastic and honest and I would recommend them for sure especially with the customer service people they have behind them!

Had another company come in and tell me my project was not possible to do with the area the water heater was located. Brian from My Buddy was confident that he could do the job and he was correct! Removed the faulty water heater and put in the new unit within a couple hours. Was very clean and treated my home like it was his own. Hire with confidence!!

Peter Matheson was excellent. I asked him to bid another job and he did that right away. But gettin a follow up written bid from the company has been difficult. No written bid as promised by Peter and e-mail to the company for the written bid has been unanswered. So I will look elsewhere.

Eric showed up right on time, wore a mask, and covered his shoes. Super polite and courteous! Went over the issue with me. Went out of his way to choose the best option. Turned out that what I thought would be a huge deal was just a simple fix! He went above and beyond any expectations that I had. I will be calling him for ALL of my plumbing/heating needs in the future! I could not be more pleased!

My Buddy the Plumber sent out Brian Shepherd to clear and unclog the main drain pipe leading to to the main drain runoff. I was very satisfied with his experience and quickness of the job done.

Had a terrible clog in our kitchen sink line that took having a camera and super snake to get it cleared. Likely culprit was some material put through the garbage disposal and our home builder not using large enough piping. Brian got the job done today which also included putting a new vent in under the sink to allow the water to properly drain. The clog in the vent may have been caused by debris from us trying to use a plunger on clog when it first happened. Chopped up cauliflower was whirling all around when we plunged. Be careful using disposals as garbage cans! Thanks to the folks at My Buddy the Plumber for getting us out of a jam, or should I say clog.

We invited My Buddy The Plumber to make a recommendation to solve an a/c problem at our house. The technician inspected the existing system and recommended an increase in the capacity of the existing system. They assured us that the new equipment would reduce the temperature in the house by ten (10) degrees. The cost of this upgraded system was $5,500. The new system reduce the temperature one (1) degree. I have repeatedly attempted to contact them but they have not responded They may be good at clogged drains but be careful when asked to solve an a/c problem.

We had Vance come tune up an air conditioner for the season. Turns out it died over the winter. Korey and Kasey were here in three days installing the replacement. The whole team was amazing and even though it was my worst fear as a homeowner, they made it a totally easy manageable experience.

What a great experience! We had a cleaning sponge accidentally flushed down a toilet the day before friends were arriving to stay. We called My Buddy the Plumber for advice - Jared called back immediately from a job giving us steps to hopefully avoid the need for a plumber. It turns out the sponge was too deeply lodged and we needed a professional. Despite the short notice and a need for a morning appointment, we were put on the schedule that worked out great. Jared is a wonderful professional who solved the issue quickly, gave us techniques on taking care of the plumbing systems in our home, and was extremely clean and neat throughout leaving everything in perfect condition. These guys are so friendly and awesome to work with. They are responsive and will work with you to get out to see you as soon as possible.
