Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Matt was very professional in dealing with an owner that was across the country from where the needed work was to be done. We had to replace a furnace and his team of Austin and Edgar, worked quickly to arrange an install and completed on time and on schedule. They were very professional and helpful to my son that was in the home and myself in another state.

This is the second time I have used My Buddy the Plumber. Even though I needed to call them to come back regarding my leaking pipe, Derek came out and did a very thorough job in fixing the problem very quickly. He not only fixed my main issue, but he recognized and brought to my attention some other issues that could be potentially problematic in the near future. As a home owner, there are a lot of things that the average person isn't aware of; that being said, I appreciated very much the awareness of this professional when in all reality, he came and fixed the issue and could have been on his way, but he answered all my questions explained things so I understood what he was talking about. That is incredible customer service! Good customer service is unfortunately hard to come by so to have a professional that in my opinion goes above and beyond as was the case for me, it means everything!
