Service poorly done, resulted in flooding.

Mike was cheerful when he first arrived, in the middle of the night, when our air-conditioning went out and it was 105 degrees outside and 98 inside. That was a positive beginning when you can be cheerful in the middle of the night. Then he began his diagnosis and correction of the problem. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and was able to fix things quickly, accurately and expertly! We were so happy as we went to bed in a cooling house. Then the next day it seemed like it wasn't working because it was 84 degrees in the house. Mike came right out, at no extra charge and taught us how to work the thermostat. It had been set to not cooling during the day. He set the schedules and taught us too! It was nice he took the time to teach us as well. As he was leaving he casually mentioned his expertise was in plumbing. I told him I wish I'd known, as I have a leaking toilet. He said, "Let me take a look." In a minute he had fixed that problem too, also with no charge, He was SO helpful compared to others who are just not that way. It's so nice to know that we have found a trustworthy, fair and exceedingly competent air conditioner, heating and plumbing repairman!! Mike, I was looking for a cape around your shoulder, but was invisible!! Thanks again Mike, you were terrific!

Scheduling service may be difficult because the company has very few technicians in Washington county.

Mike was efficient and prompt. His work ethics were professional and knowledgeable. Mike installed a gas line and a gas stove for us. When I got home I told my husband that it smelt like gas so I called the company and asked if they could send someone out. Within 10 minutes literally mike arrived...never made me feel as if I was bothering... rechecked the lines and show me how to use my new stove. Mike ensured it was leveled and before leaving as me if I had any questions...this is definitely a company we will continue to use and recommend. Thank you Mike for all your assistance and knowledge. We do appreciate you and the company you work for.

The fellow did an excellent job. I do believe moving a gas line 8 feet and charging $1100.00 was a bit excessive.

I would highly recommend My Buddy the Plumber. My AC went out on a Saturday and they worked me in. I had to have the motor replaced. What I appreciated was the time they spent figuring out the problem. I had had the AC serviced a couple of weeks previously and freon put in. The unit kept freezing up. They did excellent work for a fair price.

I was very pleased with the job they did...and with their overall attitude. The job was completed very quickly...I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Josh was the best!! He did everything possible to resolve the issue. We have an Ecobee4 that we were having problems with and he did a great job getting it to work!!
