I was extremely impressed with My Buddy the Plumber! DAMON TALBERT was the plumber for my job, and now he is my plumber for life. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to do the job right. He replaced my water heater and pressure reducing valve and brought things up to code. He even cleaned up my water softener lines as part of the job because he did not want his name associated with the old work. He was not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive; keep in mind you get what you pay for. The quality of work I received compared to what I paid was an amazing value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My antifreeze hose bib had a small drip and was vibrating when I open. I called My Buddy the plumber to come and take a look. A plumber named Kyle came in and gave a very detailed explanation of the problem. He explained how I could try to fix the problem just changing the stem and stores where I could find parts. Gave me an estimate of how much he charge if he replace the entire bib. He was not a predator who tried to steal my money. He gave me all options. Kyle also looked at my water softer and water heater, and again gave me a detailed explanation of things that I should keep eye on. I am very happy with Kyle. He knows exactly what he is doing. Friendly guy. Also Kyle came with a face mask and shoe coverings. I felt very comfortable with seeing them having face mask. I will definitely call Kyle again and recommend for any friend.

We love My Buddy the Plumber at our house. In the past when we had heating issues, they were the only company who could actually fix the problem. The fixed it and we haven't had an issue since that time three years ago. On top of that prices are fair and the technicians very knowledgeable. Today, I called for a couple of problems in the bathroom with the toilet. Eric was phenomenal! He came in, got to the problem, and fixed it right away. Super nice guy and great service too. Very informative techs, install was smooth and fast with a very friendly staff. Clean and was great at keeping social distancing and hand washing.

Very expensive for 1 hour of work and no parts.

I have a really old home (built in 1929) and had a full repipe (galvanized to pex) done as well as a water softener and tankless water heater installed. From the very beginning when Eric and Kyle walked into my home they treated it as their own. They were careful, laid down protective plastic on my carpet, and tidied up each day when they were done. On the final day Kyle even vacuumed my carpet for me! They answered any questions and helped me understand all of my options. When it came time to make big changes to facilitate the new equipment they always went above and beyond the call with regards to making things look nice and clean so that the house remained visually appealing. They even helped fix smaller things along the way that had been done improperly in the past, and smaller things still like Eric helping me unclog an aerator in an old sink. Having this much work done is incredibly stressful but having these guys do it made everything so smooth. The amount of experience and knowledge they brought to the table was incredibly comforting. There was no problem too big or complex for them and I am so thankful I gave My Buddy a try. They'll be my only call for plumbing from now on.

Daniel (like from the Bible:)) was phenomenal. He was quick to respond, pleasant while working with me to figure out where the leak was coming from (it was complicated, as it was leaking through the walls from the upstairs) and solved the issue quickly. I'll definitely be hiring them again. Thank you!

xtremely happy and satisfied. They came out within 24 hours and our technician Shawn was not only very experienced & professional, he was also very friendly & easy to get along with. I was initially a little worried about having repairs done and being overcharged with all the bad stories out there but was soon reassured by Shawn that I had hired the best company. The problem with our furnace ended up to be an unusually tricky one so Shawn even called his manager to try to fix the problem. Shawn ended up having to call the Lennox support line and was on hold for over an hour but they got it figured out. To my surprise, I was only charged what they initially quoted and not a penny more. With all the extra effort to fix our problematic Lennox (would never buy another by the way) I'm sure they lost money on the job. I would HIGHLY recommend "My buddy the plumber", and if and when I may need HVAC/plumber repairs in the future, I won't call anyone else.

Damon Talbert went above and beyond fixing our tricky bathroom sink handle! He searched multiple stores for the part and after having to order it, offered to install it on his day off, once it came in. He also gave me a follow up call on the status of the part while we waited for it. He's very professional and knowledgeable and so thankful we have him to call!

I have had them out to look at plumbing issues twice and both times Derek has been able to assess the situation and give me several options for a quick, reliable repair! I also recently learned that they now do HVAC, Frankie the office manager was able to help me with that problem when scheduling my latest plumbing repair. I love this one stop shop for all my home's needs!

I was not sure what my next step was, Jarred guided me thru what i needed to do. He even called a mitigation to fo flood control and clean up for me.

We had a leak under my sink and did not know what to do. I reached out to My Buddy the Plumber and spoke to dispatcher Kara. She was very polite and listened to everything I relayed to her. I got an appointment window from 7pm to 9pm and was told that if the plumber was not able to do this she would call back. Got a call from Drue and he said he would be there in 10 minutes (Time of call was about 6:55pm). Drue showed up and looked at the problem. He had all the parts on the truck and had the issue fixed in about 20 minutes tops. Very professional group all around and would recommend them for any plumbing work for sure.

Contractor called a half hour before scheduled appointment window, but since I did not pick up the phone he apparently moved onto his next job and never came back. With this type of business practice, the appointment window itself should have been expanded to cover the preemptive phone call, since I apparently still had to be available for the contractor during that time.

Thermostat - Repair or Reprogram: John was extremely helpful, very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to everyone and they are not overpriced! Water Softener Install: Eric was so nice, professional and on time. Installed a new water softener for me and removed the old one. I priced water softeners with other companies My Buddy the Plumbers price was almost 1/2 lower than others. I would highly recommend them!

Matt came out and did a minor repair a year ago, the repair was fine, but the furnace was over twenty years old and this year, well, it was time for a new furnace. Vance came out and even though Matt's quote was nearly a year old, they honored it. The install crew actually showed up a bit early, got right to work and finished about an hour earlier than what we were initially told. (They clean up after themselves too.) They were willing to work with our rather "odd" work schedules. Having to replace a furnace is never fun, or something you want to have to do. But, "My Buddy the Plumber" and their people are great!

Really happy with My Buddy. Once it was clear we needed to replace our 25-year old furnace and A/C unit, John came out and worked with us to recommend equipment. We ultimately chose a 97% furnace and 16 SEER A/C unit. My Buddy's professionalism, reviews, price, equipment, and warranty sealed the deal (we looked at 4 other bids). Their proposal was so solid, we decided to also replace our upstairs HVAC system. We also took advantage of their attractive financing. The scheduled install day was within a few days of completing contract. Casey, Cory, Andy and Ian showed up right on time. They worked hard as an organized team, and I kept involved to learn the details about the systems. We are very happy with our decisions, and with My Buddy's warranty and included systems maintenance, we are resting easy. I would highly recommend My Buddy for repairs and installs. HVAC is part of the heart of your house, and My Buddy will keep your systems healthy.

From JayCee answering our call at 10:30p to Tyler providing very thorough and clean service from start to finish. While we had 5 quotes in all, it's nice knowing I don't have to go through that again, I know who to call and where to refer others.
