I think Jim did a good job cleaning our ducts. My wife even noticed less build up of dust overnight on surfaces compared with prior to cleaning. He gave us a good price and a good job.

Jim and his team did a great job. They were efficient in the house, had an attention to detail, and I noticed a difference almost immediately with improved air quality with out cleaned ducts. I would certainly hire again for any cleaning in our house. As a bonus, he was able to make a chair in my toddlers room look like brand new!
