Great job! Jim and his team cleaned my carpets which are approximately 10 years old. When they were done my carpet looks almost new. There were some really dirty areas and stairs were really looked worn. They took extra time to make sure they cleaned up nicely. Jim and his team did a fantastic job! I'd recommend them to anyone and I will use their services again in the future.

Great job cleaning but they damaged drywall removing vent covers and woodwork with hoses. They also bent several covers and didn't complete putting them all back on. I was also charged a sales tax tacked on the agreed upon quote. In short, work was solid, bedside manner left something to be desired.

I was so pleased with the way they cleaned all of my carpets that I hired them to come back the following week to clean all of the air ducts and the dryer. Jim was very professional and attentive to detailed cleaning. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.

"Thanks for bringing this to our attention. we had an A-plus rating with the BBB. We called today and found out there was a request to back up some advertising claims on our website. I was told a letter was sent requesting more detailed information explaining our guarantee and claims. I never received such a letter so I was unaware. I was told because we did not respond within the permitted time we were changed from an A plus rating to an F. We are in the process of answering BBBs concerns about certain claims we make. Once they receive our response they will move us back to an A-plus rating. We do not have any complaints with the BBB."
