Was charged $85 and $14.95 on 3/27/26 also I was told if I was not happy with the work I could get a refund. After several hours they finally were able to fix it and by doing so they removed my Norton antivirus program and would only operate and safe mode. That lasted less than 10 hours and then failed big time. I called the people at Norton and was charged $19.95 and after a couple hours they failed to reinstall but gave me a refund. I realize I had Windows 10 and my computer was 9 years old. Because my computer works they kept using that as some kind of an excuse either you can fix it or you can't. I ended up buying a complete new computer. And that computer cost me an extra $100 if you add the repair that was not fixed properly. It was a waste of money of which I don't have any to throw away. Watch for recurring charges on 4/27 charged my CC 14.95 and 24.95.I'm disputing all charges with my bank now. I'll edit post if I receive a credit from this company. Not a postive experience I

Not good.. These people doubled charged my CC, and then could not fix the problem. Mispresent ion from the start. I was told a price for the fix , and I went forward. After a gave my CC info, I was now told I would have to wait for a technician to call me later about 2 to 3 hrs. I told them I could not do that , and asked for a cancellation. He try to give my a reason, and I told him no, please cancel. Needless to say, a technician call immediately. After working on my computer, the technician began to get rude, and just could not fix the problem. When it was all said and done, he palmed Indeed, Accelion, Mattel inc, and that their was a problem with their servers. The guy was rude , and incompetent. I call American Express, and was told I was charged twice. All charges were rejected. WARNING CREDIT CARD MISHANDELING

HORRIBLE CHOICE BY ME, SHOULD HAVE USED ANOTHER COMPANY!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORAMTION. THEY STEAL CREDIT INFO AND BILL FOR WORK NOT PERFORMED.

Wow! Same day, less than an hour reinstalling and coordinating two recalcitrant printers. The phones are finding the printers as well. Thank you mike!

Tech showed up promptly; he had his work cut out to get my older router, computer, and wifi extender running and communicating with each other, but he kept at it and fixed everything. He also repositioned my router and wifi extender to optimalize the signal. Highly recommended.

Some technicians are better and more experienced than others. Would like to be able to specify who I would or would not like to work with.

The gentleman was here on time. He was courteous and explained his findings. Unfortunately, he did not have the part to repair the computer. He found the item online and showed me the two best options. I ordered the item but now was faced with another payment for the installation. A friend who has been the IT man for our previous employer installed it for me. The computer still does not work. So, no, I cannot recommend My Computer Works.

I told them what I needed don and the gave me an estimate of 1 1/2 to 2 hours work. When the job was completed, they did not provide an invoice or statement for actual work done. They just billed my credit card for 4 hours work, not two. I would not use them again for in home service.

Looks are deceiving. Danny (owner) is very nice and he did the job I needed to have done. Not sure how he keeps it organized. Obviously he is very busy and knows where everything is. Definitely I will go back when service is needed.

The experience was horrible. I waited four hours for a no show. They said they would come first thing the next day. Again, no show. I fired them and stopped payment on my credit card. Then I hired a small company in Savannah. He was fabulous and did the repair right away. He was not affiliated with Home Advisor. I have never used your company before and would hesitate to try it again.
