We had our roof and gutters replaced and honestly couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. The whole insurance process was what we were most worried about going in, but they handled it really well. They walked us through everything, met with the adjuster, and made sure everything that needed to be covered actually got approved. That alone took a ton of stress off us. They clearly knew what they were doing and were easy to work with the entire time. Communication was solid, they showed up when they said they would, and the crew did a great job. Cleanup was better than expected too. Overall, it just felt like a smooth, no-headache process, which is not something you always hear with roofing projects. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a roof or gutters done.

The Best EVER Customer Service I have experienced with a Contractor. The manager David Floyd was at our home the entire time overseeing the Contractors work and was there to answer questions we had while they were installing our new roof. By the way we LOVE our new roof and referred our neighbors to My Contractor KC. Also they give Veteran's discount if you served in the military. Have nothing but exceptional things to say about this company, manager David and the installers.
