It a very hot august day and the ac stopped working around 2 to 3pm. We called and they were here by 5:15 pm. Within about an hour all was repaired. I had explained to Heath in customer serve and Candy his manager that my wife is a shut in and other A/C businesses would not be out for 3 to 5 days. They said my wife is a person of need. They said they would be here around 5pm and this is the normal way they do business. They didn't lie. We were amazed.

Wonderful company to work with. They always show up on time as promised. Very friendly office staff & technicians. The technician that came out do fix a problem was very knowledgeable & friendly. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. I would highly recommend them. They installed our new unit several years ago. Best price around.

They did a great job responding quickly and efficiently to my call for assistance. They explained the problem, offered options which included repairing my 20 year old AC unit or replacing it. I decided to replace it. The install was fast, service team was very professional. Would definitely recommend!
