Hired to do HVAC duct cleaning and dry vent cleaning. Did a great job and great service!

Technicians who performed the work were professional and very careful to do the work without leaving a mess. Very clean and careful. I have been UNABLE to get a detailed invoice for the work performed. 1. I had a UV-C light system installed, but I cannot get the company to send me information on the system or any information concerning the warranty on the system. They provided no written materials on how to check or monitor the system to see if it is working. It makes me wonder if they really intend to warranty the system. 2. I had my Heat Pump serviced, but they cannot seem to provide me with any information about services and checks that were performed. They just show on the invoice that I had the **Freedom Plan** for $213.12. This does not tell me what they checked. This also does not give me proof that I had the system serviced this year as is required under the heat pump warranty. I have called and e-mailed them to request more detailed information about the work performed, but just get very generic responses. Positives: They showed up on time and did a lot of work without leaving a mess. They were very polite and seemed efficient. Negatives: They will not provide details on the work that they did. It makes me suspect that I might have a problem if I need any follow-up warranty work.

I know I needed a new AC system, my AC after 30 years finally died and it was time. Started off with Jake from sales amazing first class sales meeting. Took time to explain all my options on a zoom call and made sure I fully understood everything I was buying in the package I chose. No comparison to other companies I got quotes from. These guys were next level top of the game. Installers were Garret and Ryan. They were on time, extremely friendly and very helpful. Top craftsmanship. Made sure I understood my system, showed me everything they did and cleaned up everything up after and made sure I was happy with their work. Sale and install crew gave follow up calls to make sure everything was good and I was happy. All in all these guys are worth every dime. They are 5 star across the board in all stages. I will never use another company again. I highly recommend anyone to use this company for all your heating and AC needs. I don’t ever rate anyone 5 stars but these guys earned it. It’s all the little things these guys did that other companies didn’t do or even offer that makes the difference. Amazing company. You won’t be disappointed, I know I wasn’t.

I was having some issues with my drain line over flowing coming out of my A/C system. I called My Favorite Service Company and told them my situation. They came out within a few hours, showed me what the problem was and took care of it very quickly. Garrett did a thorough inspection of the system to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong with the system. Very happy with my experience. Thank you Garrett, I do appreciate all of your time and effort. Amazing and extremely easy to work with! Life long customer here!

Absolutely great experience with My Favorite Service Company. Technicians were very professional and completed my AC install in a timely manner. My family will definitely be using them from here on out.
