My Flooring.com uses Romanoff Renovations as their installers, in California, Romanoff is also the installers Home Depot uses. After packing up my entire home except for the kitchen, on the day of installation two men showed up. Looked around the house and said it was not ready to install carpet! Said Curio cabinet had glass shelves, which I replied I would be glad to remove, then they said the bed was not torn down, which it was, except for the sideboards because I was unable to remove the screws. I was told in advance that I would be charged $100 by Romanoff to tear down the bed, so did not understand that! I talked to the mens manager, Robert South at Romanoff and he said, well maybe they could move the Curio and then he called his men. They were outside waiting and then I heard the truck start up and they left, without a word! I am 80 years off, still recovering from Food Poison, and left with a house that I had everything packed and moved to my side screen room! Needless to say, I would never allow that company to step into my home again, afraid of what they would do, or NOT DO! Read reviews on them after this happens, 2 Star rating and many complaints, which now includes one to the BBB from me. Had no choice but to unpack and move everything back in place. I had to cancel my carpet order with My Flooring who was very understanding and great about the horrible issue! Note: the ratings above are not for MyFlooring.com, but for ROMANOFF RENOVATIONS!

Easy to work with, great customer service, great value. If you need a job done fast though, these are not the people for you. It takes 2-3 weeks from placing the order to making it happen.

From start to finish the entire process was easy. We got a good deal when compared to other flooring companies so we pulled the trigger. We went with their middle of the road carpet which has been awesome. My kids love walking around barefoot on the new carpet.

The company representatives kept me informed every step of the way up until the day of installation. My questions and concerns were addressed timely and with professionalism. The carpet was a bit darker than I thought it would be but it feels good under our feet and the padding is unbelievably cushioned. The only drawback I would say was that the installation were going to inform me if I have any leftover pieces which they did not and they didnt put one of my doors back on the hinges. But, that wouldnt stop me from using their services again.

I hired them to put carpet in my bedrooms of a home that my wife and I purchased in July of 2020. I converted a large bonus room into a second master bedroom and family room and had them to come back and carpet the new bedroom. I would recommend them to all my family and friends for their great price and quality workmanship.

I was informed of every step of the way during the process. Some material was missing from the original order and customer service ordered it as a rush and it was received within two days. The installers were quick and knowledgeable and customer service was great.

I was uncertain about using an online company initially, but our experience was great. Reasonable prices, great customer service, and we get compliments not only on the look of the carpet but also on the general feel of walking on the carpet because of the high quality pad. Very convenient!

My flooring.com made it so easy to replace all our downstairs carpet. I love the quality of carpet they have to choose from. The customer service was excellent! Everything was explained upfront and the follow-thru was amazing! The installation team was on time, friendly and hard working! Our job went so well, my son used my flooring.com to replace all his carpet too! I am planning on doing the upstairs carpet and will be using my flooring.com for that too!

The first carpet install had problems......carpet tight weave and pad was ultra thick. I took photos...they booked a day. I got a plush carpet with the plush pad. Amazing....

The mechanics that installed our floor was great. He did what he said and said what he did... cleaned up and was pleasant to both me and my wife.
