I was skeptical about myflooringâ s process because I had to take my own measurements, but the customer service I received really helped me decide to go with them and I am so glad I did. I changed my mind about 3 times with what flooring samples I wanted, and I got all of them practically the next day. The carpet installers came during the scheduled day and did a fantastic job! My new carpet looks amazing and feels so good. I even had another contractor comment on the great quality of padding they used for the floors. I did take off a star for customer service because there was some miscommunication between the sales dept and installing dept about which rooms I was having done, but it was fixed! I canâ t wait to get my other floors done with myflooring.

From start to finish my flooring.com did an awesome job. We shopped around and got estimates from several well known names in the industry, but we got a better quality product and pad than the competitors and paid less! The installation process also went very well, they were polite, quick, and thorough. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Easy to work with, great customer service, great value. If you need a job done fast though, these are not the people for you. It takes 2-3 weeks from placing the order to making it happen.

It has been horrific. First, they tried to push my appointment back a month. At least they fixed that problem. Second, the carpet order was short, so they could do my stairs. Third, they sent out a hole different installer to install the stairs, and they couldnt do the work. So they threw the carpet in the garage and left. Currently, the stairs still arent complete, and now I have carpet to trip over laying in my garage. This has been a horrible experience

It was a quick and quality install with quality carpet on our home that we were fixing up to sell.

From start to finish the entire process was easy. We got a good deal when compared to other flooring companies so we pulled the trigger. We went with their middle of the road carpet which has been awesome. My kids love walking around barefoot on the new carpet.

The company representatives kept me informed every step of the way up until the day of installation. My questions and concerns were addressed timely and with professionalism. The carpet was a bit darker than I thought it would be but it feels good under our feet and the padding is unbelievably cushioned. The only drawback I would say was that the installation were going to inform me if I have any leftover pieces which they did not and they didnâ t put one of my doors back on the hinges. But, that wouldnâ t stop me from using their services again.
