After completing the request I immediately received a call and we talked through my situation and our schedules. I needed an appraisal for my Mtg Co and Insurance companies to determine the RPC and Insurable value now vs 2yrs ago when the market we just starting to turn up. less than 3 business days after our meeting I have my updated report. I have a new Insurance agent who's taking action so all is moving forward quickly!

I needed to get an independent appraisal on a property that I am in the process of purchasing. I got in contact with Wojciech Leja. I explained to him my situation and how quickly I needed to have it done before I made my final offer after the inspection. His schedule was packed, however he was able to get me in the following day. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. He communicated the expectations very well from start to finish. I would highly recommend him to all of my friends and family.

He showed up 2 hours late and spent 10 minutes in the house no tape measure or anything then had the gall to charge me an extra 100$ and when I told him about the property he wrote downs some notes if I didn't offer up the info he wouldn't have known. Been a week now no phone call nothing starting to think we were scammed. Won't use them and I am out 400$ Thanks home advisor your recommendation.

"Our apologies for the slight delay in arrival (15 mins) which was due to a traffic accident. We used a laser measuring device that day which is why you didn't see a conventional tape measure. We apologize for the miscommunication regarding the turn around time frame which is approximately one week depending on the complexity of the assignment. The scope of work associated with this particular assignment was very extensive considering the sink hole on the property for which reason we turn in your report on the 8th day post inspection. Feel free to give us a call for a partial refund of the fee to accommodate for the slightly late submission of the appraisal report."

Mr. Leja was extremely professional and provided a timely report in 6 days from site visit as promised. Customer service went above-and-beyond expectations - I called on the weekend to leave a voicemail and was surprised that Katia answered the phone and we had a brief but helpful conversation. The site visit was efficient and thorough. The report itself was easy to understand and explained the rationale for valuation. It will help immensely in negotiating a fair market price on a family trust-owned property. I highly recommend My Florida Home Appraisal for both quality of work and value.
