My Granite Guy

We talked several times and we agreed on the process and costs. I wrote down specifics about our discussions. I was pleased that I got the quartz and granite at his cost which was great. Robert told me and my husband that he was going to leave the existing plywood since it was in good condition which was fine. And said he would install another layer of plywood since my precious tile countertops had concrete underneath which made my countertops higher. However, he did not install additional plywood and now my countertops are not as high as previously. He also told me that he would show me samples of the various types of edging options so that I could select the one I wanted, however, that did happen either. His workers made a big mess with the demolition and did not adequately clean up. I complained to Robert about the mess and so the clean up after the installation was better. All in all the countertops look good and we are pleased with the new look. I would recommend Robert, just be mindful of the potential disappointment on the smaller stuff which happens intentionally or unintentionally.

Made contact the first day and completed the job the next day! Was very straight forward and easy to work with!

Robert and his staff not only installed my beautiful quartz counter tops, they were very professional and communicated at all points of the process. I have several "projects" in the works and Robert helped me get the counters in at the right time. If I could give him 6 stars I would!
