I presented Michael with a complex and out-of-the-box project, one he'd never seen nor heard of before. His response was enthusiastic, inquisitive, and determined, and he was informative and helpful every step of the way. The contractor, tiler, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and were pleased how ideas could be considered and bounced around for the optimal outcome. I would rehire Michael in a heartbeat and highly recommend him for plumbing work anywhere in the Inland Northwest. Thank you, Home Advisor!

Michael was very professional through-out the whole entire process. He explained step by step what he was going to do and made every attempt to keep costs down. I have more work that needs to be done in the future and I will be calling upon Michael to do the work.

We were so pleased with Michael's work and reliability on a previous job that we had him back to do a water heater install - again, great results, great communication, reasonable manpower rates and material costs - will have him back without hesitation.

Recently I had a plumbing issues at our home. I looked online for plumbers in the area and Home advisor provided 3 different companies. I called all three companies and the first one to reply was My Guy Plumbing. Michael return a call within 15 minutes. I explained our issues with the plumbing and he rearranged his schedule to check out the problem. One hour later he told me he had been by our house and explained why our pipes were leaking. He was pleasant, professional and precise. He told us it would be fixed but had to order the parts. He fixed the plumbing issues and told me other areas that needed to be addressed. Michael fixed those problems as well. He now has three new referrals.
