Sean the service member was very efficient and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything he did. He also took videos to show me. He explained all the pricing and I felt assured that I was being treated fairly. Sean did a great job and solved my broken pipes issues in my crawl space beneath my garage and under the kitchen sink. My Guy Technician Sean McNally came for the fourth year and performed his usual magic on my Navien Combi. With Sean I know I have the best technician around. He knows his stuff and dealing with him is a pleasure. I trust Sean completely. I know I am in good hands when he comes!!
