Mark & his team did a great job installing the vinyl flooring in our living room & master. Leading up to the job, Mark was very responsive, patient & flexible as I asked for multiple quotes (e.g. how much to install just in living room vs. living room and master vs. using materials I provided vs. using their materials, etc.). As for the install itself, his team was extremely professional, courteous, respectful, & hard working. They even came back twice to fix the minor issues we found after the initial install (e.g. staining the ends of the quarter round to match the floor, caulking gaps with color matched caulk, adding/removing a nail, etc.) to ensure we were fully pleased with the job. Highly recommend & would use them again.

Mark and his team did a quality job on my exterior door replacement, despite the project presenting them with several challenges. They came up with solutions that worked, and Mark made sure that everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

If something is not right, Mark will make sure it is corrected. He will also keep you informed on progress throughout the job. Very good communicator.

Mark was great to work with and handled everything to my liking. The work crew came in and did a great job. The price was competitive and the customer service was top notch. This is the second time I have hired them and they have been great both times.

Mark was easy to work with and the work was excellent. The invoicing procedure may need improvement. The approval of the estimate requires a credit card payment but that invoice does not mention anything about the extra charge for the credit card fee. No mention of avoiding the fee if paid by check and that is not an option given during the estimate approval procedure. As result, I received a second invoice that referenced the credit card fee charge from the first invoice.

They did what they said they were going to do and did it well.

Arrived on time and installed 2 doors, adjusted a third. Front door, originally installed in 1977 had several challenges that were mitigated by the installer (without complaint I will add). Price was very reasonable for the work performed. I would recommend this company.

Professional, and understanding what I wanted

We didn t know much as this was our first house. They were honest with us and didn t rope us into anything we didn t need. They respond right away and the work was done quick and clean! Will hire again for future work!

Mark was excellent to work with. Very easy to speak with and clear estimates were received. I had them install a couple of doors. The first two sets of doors arrived from Home Depot damaged (this was obviously outside of their control). When the second set arrived, one of the door was not the correct size (also not necessarily within their control). As a result of their supplier, the work took nearly 3 months to complete, but I don't hold that against them. I am satisfied with the new doors, they function as desired. One is off-level a bit. Some trim that was installed had mold begin budding quickly on it, but they were quick to respond, clean it up, and replace it. Overall, I am satisfied with their responsiveness.
