I donâ t usually rate my experiences unless I hope that its purpose helps others. I was given a time by the team for an estimate, and they showed up almost an hour after they said theyâ d be there. On the day of the installation, I contacted the team 30 minutes after they were scheduled to show up with no response. About 39 minutes later, I received an apology saying that something had come up but theyâ d be there. 3 hours after scheduled time, a team member showed up to remove the border of the floor. The other teammate showed up one hour later. The work was completed in about 2 hours, but our toilet (which had to be removed to install flooring) was loose due to broken flanges that he claimed may have been broken by my children or the person who initially installed the toilet. He said that he meant to tell me about it while he was doing the work. I had a broken tile that wasnâ t broken before the install as well as a gap between the sink and the flooring. I was told that theyâ d come back to fix the floor when I got more tiling and could fix the toilet for another $200. After all of this, I expected a least a discount due to the extreme tardiness and unfinished flooring, but I barely got an apology. He did ensure that the money I owed him was collectedâ ¦he seemed more worried about that than my frustration. I was extremely disappointed.

Job was done and completed in a timely manner, communicated well, and after job each day cleaned up after themselves well, would certainly recommend to my family and friends.
