Door or Window Screens - Install or Repair
Rick underestimated the work - and I felt bad that it was much more difficult than he expected. He did a good job on most of the work. The reason I would not recommend him is that he never returned to finish the last half day of the job. I called him multiple times to schedule for him to come and do the last touchup jobs, but he never showed up. In general, he was resonably priced, and did an good job on the work he finished.

Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
Rick Patterson was excellent! We discussed my projects and he had a solutions for all of them. He was all I was hoping for and more. I have already told 3 of my friends how professional he was and is work is fanastic!

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
The person who came to do the ceramic tile project was good at what he did. He was thorough, efficient and asked our input up front. The strange thing we noted was that both visits started out as above but then in the last half hour or so he would become very rushed, and lost his touch in terms of quality -- just little things. He was supposed to return to add trim, but never did and we did that ourselves. He also never did the walk around that he offered.

Work done: Repair rotten trim and repaint house. Don did great work. He was honest and upfront about additional repairs that were needed that were not on the initial estimate. Work was very neat and clean and very professional. I would use Don again.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
We would use this company again. We really liked and trusted the man who performed the work on our house. The only thing was that areas worked on were not cleaned up and some debris was left ... Other than that, the work was performed close to expected. The siding that was replaced looks perfect. We did leave the man working on our house in our house alone since we had an emergency, and we felt like we could do so because he was very trustworthy. We find that very important and because of this would hire again. The price compared to the other estimates we got. Overall, we would rate this as one of the better home improvement jobs we've had done and one of the better companies.

Drywall - Repair
The guy that arrived was ontime at the start. He sized up the job and got started but was careless with his work. He did not protect my hardwoods and made knicks on the opposite wall. He was unable to finish the job on the first day. Scheduled to come back next day, but was late. Poorly estimated the job and the length of time it would take. The end result does not look good. The wall is not smooth and the paint job was done by brush rather than roller which has caused a noticeable difference in textures between the existing wall and the new work.
