Our pool has never looked as good as it does now with My Home Pro â  and we have tried SEVERAL pool cleaning companies. I love that they text before coming and always come when say they will. Recently, our pool equipment had a leaking pipe and they were one step ahead of me. I called to have it looked at and learned that they had already identified the problem when servicing our pool and an email informing me of the issue and a quote were waiting in my inbox! Joel came out and repaired it the same day! Like all the techs, he was efficient, courteous, and professional. We finally found a great pool service and I will contact them for appliance repair at the first opportunity!

They came out and did diagnosis almost 3 weeks ago and I had to call them multiple times to get an update on repair. Monday they said they would call me back in 5 minutes to give me update on parts and repair. it is Thursday!

Art was amazing throughout the entire process. On his initial visit, he not only checked inside the house, but he provided some tips on how the critters may be getting into the house. I felt like a priority as he scheduled a time to come and perform the spraying. He went through everything I needed to do to prepare and it went well. 2 weeks after, he came back to make sure nothing was kicking. Even though he didn't see anything, he came back 2 weeks later just to be sure. MyHomePro really cares about their customers as if they were family. I feel like we are old friends.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
