We hired him to install 4 cameras to playback footage of a night nanny. His quote of 6hrs/$1600 turned into 16hrs/$1949, and the system was left inoperable. We had to hire another company to fix the issues. Before hiring him he called 3x/day. Once paid we never saw him again and the return calls/emails were scarce. He gave a verbal guarantee that turned out to be a service guarantee (he would send a tech out until the job was done, no matter how inconvenient it was for us) and we never received a copy of it. The tech put a hole in our hard wood floor and 2 in the garage without asking first. If we could go back we would not have hired him.

I can call him and he's right on the way, never miss each other for contact. For what they charge, the value is priceless and monitoring is excellent. They strictly follow the protocol for their business. The peace of mind is great while I'm at work.
