The floors were in very rough shape and portions had been replaced. Alex came out and provided insight into potential issues that may arise. He noticed right away that the floor was as a mix of red and white oak in each room. He made color samples to show that light stains show the color difference between boards and advised a darker stain will help hide them. We ended up going with espresso and couldn't be happier. I cant tell any color difference and they look amazing. He is very knowledgeable and keeps you informed through the whole process. I highly recommend My Home Upgrade.

Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
When everybody else was busy telling me what they CANT DO, the owner of Continental Flooring (Alex) was the only confident and apparently capable contractor able to do my new custom wood floor install. He showed up on time, did an AMAZING job in a timely manner, and was very friendly/personable. I refer Alex and Continental Flooring to everyone I know.!!!! Alex installed 3 floors for me to date and will call him when it is time for number 4!

Commercial Wood Flooring Refinishing Service
We needed close to 2000sq ft of wood floors sanded and refinished in our home. Alex came and over the course of a few days transformed our wood floors, bringing them new life! We are constantly getting compliments on how beautiful our floors look, and how seamless some of the filled portions are! I can’t recommend him enough! 11/10!
