Jody did a lot of works in a short time. His fee was very reasonable. I gave you 6 stars Jody!!

I was impressed with the service and knowledge Jody had. He was very professional and friendly.

He was quick, as far as coming out and identifying the problem. He was accurate as to the time frame. I had the computer back when he said it would be back. Helpful, knowledgeable and assuring that if it becomes necessary to have him come out, he will, asap if necessary. I signed on for his monthly computer care and maintenance program. Reasonable and well within the ball park as compared to other that I have contacted.

Jody is the owner , and provider of the IT services, and is VERY easy to get along with, not to mention that he is very smart, a very reasonable guy, gets the job done quickly. He logged on to my computer in an encrypted website and in less than thirty minutes, he had the problem solved. He is trustworthy, and his rates are reasonable when you compare his rates to others who don't know what they are doing. Hen used part of the one hour to teach me a about laptops and computers, which he didn't have to do. ...... I would definitely call him again. He is very easy to work with and I trusted him from early on ., because he explains everything, and he wins your trust from the very beginning. Tom.

Very honest didn't over sell

The customer care I received from MYItPeople Ventures, LLC was fantastic from initial contact to follow-up. The representative was very knowledgeable, and suggested possible reasons and fixes for the problem I was having with my computer. I will recommend them to everyone!!

GREAT JOB

My big concern was down time when I transitioned my small computer network and business operations from a downtown office to a home office environment. Jody's knowledge and people-skills made it a painless, no-down-time event that relieved a lot of stress. Even when my schedule changed to make the final steps of the transition a late-evening job, Jody was there to make it happen. I will certainly call on Jody as needed in the future and will recommend My IT People to others as well. Skilled, honest, prompt, reasonably-priced and professional ... just what it takes to make in a service industry! I'm pleased to say that Jody is my new "IT guy!"

He was very patient. He went over every step of the Excel program trying to see where I had gone wrong; then found that while I had made a couple of errors, I was not the problem. I have always found Excel impossible to work with, and this time I was determined to get it done. I couldn't have done it without Jody's hard work and patience!!! Now I can actually have a mailing list using Excel to produce mailing labels! Loved working with him!
