I hired My Jax Landscaper to sod the front side and back of the house. Side of the house looks great. Back of the house 60% is good. Front of the house very bad most died - I had to hire Reds Sod to fix. I called several times requesting a call back. Guidance on what to do. I requested a call from Safari -(their recommendation) again no call back. I realize that there might be problems and there are no guarantees with sod, but when the sod dies in the front of your house and no call backs !! 40% of my lawn needs a rework. Go with Reds they at least call back.

We hired My Jacksonville Landscaper and they were out within the week. Scheduling and payment was very easy and they did an amazing job!!!! All of out plants were trimmed and the grass was at a nice height. We have hired them for a bi-weekly basis!

I would recommend My Jacksonville Landscaper for several reasons. They are very professional. Chenoa (office administrator) is easy to get a hold of, returns calls quickly, made the entire process easy and communication via email and links made it easy to see the estimates and invoices for the monthly billing and extra billing to trim back some unruly shrubs. They also took before and after pictures of the hedge trimming (we live out of state) which was great. Great, great, great customer service in an era in which that is difficult to find!

Re-sodded a 2,500 sqft front yard. All apontments were on time and office was extremely responsive if I had any questions. They hand graded the yard and spent the needed extra time to do it right. Neighbors can’t stop complementing us!

I hired this vendor to do regular maintenance of front and back yard and to install a patio with pebbles in my backyard. Very happy with both projects. It is always a pleasure to talk to Chenoa, the office administrator and with Mike, the owner. When one of his crew members accidentally broke a window when trimming around a pebbled area, Mike assumed full responsibility for the replacement of the window panel. I strongly recommend this vendor. High work and wthical standards!
