I cannot write his name here but the plumber that did the work was great. His work is fine and his people skills are equally as fine.

Very good professionals. They follow the building codes very thoroughly and use high quality materials. Also, their communications are very good and they thoroughly answer any questions before, during and after the installation.

I broke the handle on my shower and water was going everywhere. We turned off the water at the street. I was immediately contacted by My Legacy Plumbing the next morning, had an appointment the same day. The repair person arrived on time and went to work figuring out what was needed. I was happy that he had the necessary parts on his truck and was able to repair the faucet. He was in and finished within an hour. I was also given information about other areas that may need repairing in the near future and it was very helpful. I would definitely hire them again.

Hire this person, but the water heater system was misdiagnosed

I had a water leak in my main water line. They were the only ones that could do the whole job since some concrete repair was also needed. Plus they came in a little lower cost wise. They also used good quality material that wasn't offered by other quotes I got, like using L pipe for the whole project and sleeving the pipe for extra protection. They were also able to start the project right away, which I needed since I had no water to my house. They did such a great job that I had them install a new tankless water heater. They did a great job on that too.

Get all pricing up front and in writing, do not take their word for anything, unless it's in writing. Demand receipts.

In Dec 2019, I needed a hot water heater replacement & decided on a tankless with a recirculator. Brandon & Gabriel spent about a week replacing all my 49 year old gas pipes & installing the heater. I paid over $11,000 for this. I talked in January with the City of Davis about pulling a permit. They told me that the permit should have been pulled within 72 hours of the emergency by the professional . I asked Brandon about the diagram he told me I would need for the inspector & he e-mailed it & told me I could pull the permit. I reminded him that he told me he would pull it if I consented to having my old gas pipes replaced. Then, his secretary, wife, girlfriend (?) left me a phone message that he would come by to wrap the pipes &; get the permit. It' s now over two months from the installation &; there's still no permit, etc. I have no idea what quality of job I got and paid for in good faith. Weaseling out of this responsibility is so unprofessional.

I can't think of a worse company!!! Now, I don't trust Home Advisor's ability to filter out garbage businesses. I needed a quote and a video to replace the main sewer line. At the first appointment, they showed up with NO EQUIPMENT (camera needed) and needed to reschedule. On the second visit, they put a camera in the sewer line and said they would write up a quote. At the end of the second appointment, I reminded them I needed a copy of the video, but they told me they didn't bring the right camera. They still charged me $400 and never gave me a quote or copy of a video. I kept calling for 6 months and was given the runaround. Every time I called, the plumber was either out on a job or he would call me back. They gave me every excuse in the book as to why it was taking so long. On one call, their system went down. Towards the end, Brandon (the plumber) assured me he was working on it and would get back to me as soon as possible. This was almost 6 months after they were at my house. I was told they switched to a new software which lost half of their clients!! I donâ t understand how it can take so long to write up a quote. They have shown zero effort to complete the service that they started. I was never rude to their staff this entire time, only courteous and patient. They are either incompetent or have zero business skills. If you like getting strung along and paying for service that wasn't completed, this plumbing company is for you. It would be nice if they would just do what I paid them for, it is very disappointing. I want a refund but I'm not holding my breath. I Feel like they scammed me.

I hired them since they were able to remove old kitchen faucet and replace with new the following day, rather than the following week. I am sure Putnam would have been just as professional if we had waited for service. Very thorough, nice guys, and helpful with advice. No complaints from me. Appreciate the promptness very much.
