i was referred to this outfit by home advisor and no one answered. i left a message and no call back. once a few days passed, I gave the benefit of the doubt and called back. again, no answer. i finally got a call back 5 days after my initial call. A rep asked me to schedule a weekend visit in which i replied, "are you planning to charge me a weekend rate, because i called during the week?". he replied "No". when the outfit showed up, it took the rep over 45 minutes to find my leak, and 15 mintues of phone time for them to come up with, i need a full bathroom remodel at $6000. I guess i had IDIOT written all over my face. when i decided against a FULL BATHROOM REMODEL, the rep told me he was out of time on my weekday rates and he doesn't know how to repair all the holes he left in my ceiling plus he cant fix the leak because he has to pull out my tub upstairs. whats weird is once my uncle looked at the same repair, he fixed the leak in less than a hour. these guys are frauds, creating work when less is needed. i wouldnt recomend this company to my worst enemy. thanks for nothing.

Removed and replaced 3 toilets. Did an excellent job. Will definitely hire again.

I was helped by Derrick and he was on-time, helpful and honest. He explained everything to me and showed me the problem. He fixed the problem the same day. I will use them again.

Very nice people but the sink has a lot of bubbles in bottom. Caulking was very sloppy. Not as good as I expected.

Tech was knowledgeable and confident. I trusted him immediately. He got the parts and fixed the issue without any problems. I was impressed. Theses are my new go-to plumbers. :-)

They saved me time and money.
