I got 5 estimates and there's was on the lower end, but it was also the most transparent and detailed. They didn't show up until almost noon, but were done by 5:00 and had time to figure out a tricky part going from the garage into the kitchen and behind the range. Only wish they had helped me to understand the permit process a little better (that's the -.5). I'm pulling my own permit and it's kind of a hassle.

I broke the handle on my shower and water was going everywhere. We turned off the water at the street. I was immediately contacted by My Legacy Plumbing the next morning, had an appointment the same day. The repair person arrived on time and went to work figuring out what was needed. I was happy that he had the necessary parts on his truck and was able to repair the faucet. He was in and finished within an hour. I was also given information about other areas that may need repairing in the near future and it was very helpful. I would definitely hire them again.

I had a water leak in my main water line. They were the only ones that could do the whole job since some concrete repair was also needed. Plus they came in a little lower cost wise. They also used good quality material that wasn't offered by other quotes I got, like using L pipe for the whole project and sleeving the pipe for extra protection. They were also able to start the project right away, which I needed since I had no water to my house. They did such a great job that I had them install a new tankless water heater. They did a great job on that too.
