1. Would have appreciated phone updated on his arrival. He was an hour late. 2. Wish he'd mention the new lock wouldn't cover same area of front door. I could've quickly colored in area with black paint pen. It was more difficult to "paint" after he installed. 3. I did appreciate his knowledge, workmanship, cost and his professionalism. Would recommend if he would improve the notes I mentioned.
