I dont recommend this company at all. They called themselves as professional installers and have quality products. They installed Mohawk Ultrawood floor at our home saying that it is a premium grade product and does not make any noise/sound even being a floating floor. I choose their product after getting their assurance about the feel and the noise but after it is installed it makes hollow sound when we walk on the floor. After install they mentioned it does make sound when we walk since it is a floating floor. They hide the fact and lied to me to sell their product. Their work is also not professional. I have to call them multiple times after the installation done for repairs. They left gaps in multiple places and damaged walls while laying the floor. On top of that they have filed lien on my property since I was holding their payment while negotiating on the quality of the wood and the installation issues. Even though I told them I am ready to pay the remaining balance amount and requested them to address the floor noise issues, instead of fixing the issues they field the lien on my property and forced me to make the payment without addressing the issues that had resulted due to their product/installation defects. I got stair case replaced with oak wood and that job was also not done as promised. It is making cracky sound when we step on the stairs. I made the complaint about the noise and the response from the installer is that our steps were not installed properly by the builder. There was a broken step under the carpet earlier and installer installed the new stair tread on top of it just like that and did not even bring that into our notice. The frame underneath the oak tread made the oak tread sink and to fix that issue again we had to pay to the flooring company. The stain that we got on the stair tread is also not done professional way. We did choose almost close matching with the floor (Hickory wood) but the polishing guy hired by this company could not get it exactly what we choose. The company declined to correct that issue too. There are multiple issues with their products, service and installation. I spent $23,000 (twenty three thousand dollars) for the project hoping I will have piece of mind after the installation but since the day after installation every day morning when I step on the floor, I feel like I should have not got this new floor at all. My old floor was 2000 times better than this new one. I don't recommend this company and I have already circulated my feedback in my community where I live and in my neighborhood and with friends and family. I strongly DONT Recommend this company. They promise several things and speak sweet words until they get your contract signed. Once you sign the contract, their tone changes. The floors in the rooms besides the kitchen are fine. It is the kitchen we really hate. The vinyl tile was left with grout covering the tiles and I could not even clean it off--my husband who is s bodybuilder had to scrub it off. Areas around the appliances are still after 3 years unable to come clean. When I mop, it looks like I have not.

Value for money was unbelievably- they were also extremely professional and reliable.

We found that we had water damage under our laminate wood flooring. So, we decided to get it replaced. We walked into the showroom. We wanted to get a similar flooring that we had before. However, we were talked into a cheaper flooring. It looked good but was different. However, it fit with our room color scheme. After it was installed, we noticed dips and it felt like an uneven floor. They told us that it was a hanging flooring. That the uneven feeling would go away in a few weeks as the floor settles. That never happened in some areas. So we now have dips in the flooring. And there is this loud clacking sound that the flooring makes when walking across it with high heels. It makes the floor seem cheap and fake. Also the texture feels like a hard plastic under the bare feet and while wearing socks. It looks good overall but feels and sounds cheap. Im extremely unhappy with the flooring and installation. The installation seemed rushed. It was scheduled for 2 days and they took a day.

Our experience from start to finish was wonderful. I was very impressed with how professional everyone was. Carlo Garcia and Evelyn were great to deal with. The crew that came out to complete the floor install were very polite and friendly. They did a great job. We absolutely love our new floors and would highly recommend My New Floors to anyone.

We had new floors come out and install not only Wood laminate flooring but also to install new carpet. We had received 3 other quotes for flooring and carpet but NewFloors beat the competition but a lot. The quality of the flooring was great and the quality of the work was absolutely amazing. They were on time, professional, courteous, and worked around our schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their existing flooring.

The nylon carpet and padding are high quality and we love the feel of the carpet and light shade. It was more prep work than I realized beforehand - almost like packing up the upstairs and moving it downstairs ð ¥µ

Great quality, very professional, good customer service. I am very happy with the new carpet and quick installation. I will say that there were many scuff marks on my baseboards as a result of the installer cutting up the old carpet. I pointed them out and he cleaned them up immediately. I would recommend maybe using some type of protection to avoid that. Otherwise, excellent work!
